ABOUT OES

 Overseas Equipment Services, Inc. (OES) is a Texas Corporation established in 1980 and is dedicated to providing premium field services and quality equipment to the oil and gas industry in the Middle East and North Africa. OES was organized to service a limited number of areas with a full line of high quality applications and services. For over a quarter of a century we have grown and now enjoy an envied reputation as a world class provider of integrated solutions to our customers. We are known as a problem solver. We have consistently outperformed competition in our market areas and have regularly secured healthy market shares.

 In 2006 OES established oilfield downhole service and repair facilities in both Algeria and Iraq. We began by commissioning, maintaining and repairing major drilling equipment. We repaired top drives, MD Totco instrumentation and drilling equipment. We also performed complete rig ups and commissioning. In 2009 we established a downhole tool rental and repair service. Plus a specialized division to run Under-reamer, coring and hole-opener services. In 2010 we established a fishing service and tool rental division in Algeria and have successfully performed many fishing operations for Algeria’s national and international companies.

 To support the fishing and rental operations we have set up a fully equipped workshop, repair facility and welding shop to perform our own maintenance and repairs. This also allows for better control of performance. We repair Impact tools, fishing and milling tools, stabilizers and down-hole motors and service and redress our tools. We use top quality equipment for all of our jobs sourced from (Bowen, Griffith, Logan, Schlumberger, Megaton, Eckel, RedBack, Paradigm, Smith, Bico,TTS, Hunting, Limar).

 All of our service engineers and operators are trained in fishing operation and maintenance of the tools. We have over 10 years’ experience in this field in Algeria, Iraq, Oman, and Turkey where we provide similar services in those countries on regular basis. To maintain our standards OES has 60 employees worldwide supporting the operations. We continually seek ways to improve and expand our services and are constantly looking at how we can provide the best possible service for our customer’s individual needs. We strongly believe that OES, as a high quality oilfield service and equipment provider, can supply and maintain all the requirements that our clients need to excel in this industry.
